This Privacy Policy explains how B2B Hardware Connect ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the B2B Order mobile application (the "App"). The App is a business-to-business ordering tool that lets approved buyers browse products and place orders. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to operate the ordering service:

Account & login information — your phone number and password. You sign in using your phone number; we do not use or collect an email address for your account.
Business profile information — such as your name, business/firm name, business address (including state, city, and area), and the GST details you provide (GSTIN, firm name as on GST, GST address, GST phone number, and annual turnover).
Photos you choose to upload — an optional owner photo and showroom photo that you select from your device. The App only accesses the specific images you pick; it does not scan or read your photo library.
Order information — the products you view and order, quantities, order history, and related credit/payment status recorded by us.
Device & technical information — device model, operating system version, app version, a notification token used to deliver push notifications, and diagnostic/crash information that helps us fix problems.
Information you choose to provide — for example, when you contact us for support.

Your login session is stored securely on your own device so you stay signed in. We do not collect your device contacts or precise location.

Your consent. Before you log in, the App asks you to read and accept this Privacy Policy. We record the date, time, and policy version of your acceptance as proof of consent, as required by India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). If we materially change this policy, you will be asked to accept the updated version.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account and let you sign in securely.
To process, fulfil, and deliver your orders, and show your order history.
To send you service notifications about orders, payments, new products, and offers.
To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
To keep the App secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and verify that requests come from the genuine app.
To diagnose crashes and improve the App's reliability and features.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

3. Service Providers We Use

The App relies on Google Firebase to operate. Depending on the feature, your information may be processed by these Google services: Authentication, Cloud Firestore (database), Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, Cloud Messaging (notifications), Crashlytics (crash reporting), and App Check (anti-abuse). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. You can read how Google handles data in the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Data Retention

We keep your account and order information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax, or business record-keeping requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

5. Data Security

Information is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and access to your data is restricted to authorised systems and personnel. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

6. Your Rights & Account / Data Deletion

Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data, and to have your grievances addressed. You can exercise these rights in two ways:

In the App: open Profile → Privacy & Data → "Delete My Account & Data". This sends a deletion request to us, and we will permanently delete your account and all associated personal data (profile, photos, GST details, and order history) within 48 hours of your request.
By email: write to toysburner@gmail.com and include the phone number registered to your account. We will verify your request and delete your account and associated personal data within the same 48-hour window.

In either case, we may retain specific records where the law (for example, tax or accounting rules) requires us to keep them, and a minimal record of your deletion request itself as proof that it was honoured. To correct your information, you can edit most details directly in Profile, or email us.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for use by businesses and is not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date and policy version above, and the App will ask you to read and accept the updated policy the next time you log in.

We will acknowledge and respond to grievances as quickly as possible — account and data deletion requests are processed within 48 hours, and other data-related requests within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act, 2023.
